Schools just around the corner, and I 've heard / read that using an alarm clock because a certain minimum voltage to the body. I just wonder if there is any way we can teach my body to wake up at 5-6 without having to get irritated by the sound of a ringing alarm clock. Any tip / suggestions would help. Arigatou -
