In the Sidekick LX, what’s the difference between the “Time Traveller” and the “alarm clock”?

I 've recently got a sidekick LX. I need an alarm clock on my sidekick so I looked in the answers here Yahoo! I 've read up on a recommended response to the traveler of time on the clock. So I'm asking what 's the difference between these two apps?
