How to wake yourself up without using an alarm clock?

ummm no??…..but u know sometimes b4 i g2 sleep i think about when i want to get up the next day and think about the time for awhile….and its weird cuz ill actually wake up at that time! weird huh…lol

if your having a dream think about waking up….it always works and it acts like a natural alarm clock…..trust me

You have to “train your body” go to sleep maybe 20 minutes early for a week or two and then keep going up 10 minutes for about a month, and you’ll wake up about 10 minutes earlier then how many minutes you went to sleep ealier! And then after you have done that your body will be trainded to wake up ealyer and earlyer! And then you can go to bed when ever.

If you are fit, there is a way.
Start setting an alarm clock the same time every day and eventually, your body clock will wake you up before your alarm goes off. But i have heard that it only works with fit people

if you wake up when the sun comes up thats good. open your window to where the light hit you. sunlight stimulates you to get up. or just get an extremely annoying alarm clock and put it right next to your face. lol

find the right number of glasses of water to drink before you go to sleep to have to wake up when you need to.
